Our Empire vented room heater model RH-65-7 was shipped promptly and arrived in great condition. Following the instructions the hook up went smoothly and after the first several cycles to burn off the oils etc from manufacturing it has run great. It is much quieter than I had anticipated and distributes the heat evenly. Truly just as advertised.

Good value for a good gas heater!
This is a very good buy on a home gas heater, the price was excellent along with service. The only complaint(?) is when you go to lite it, it is hard to lite with one hand in front the other in back, that would be the only improvement for this heater I could recommend. Glad I bought one!

The look & value of this product! Not a better looking one for this price anywhere.

It is hard to lite for us, ( we are in our late 50's) , but hopefully they will do some modifications to it so it will easier to lite.
