This clean-out door requires an opening of 12" x 12" and you would mortar it in.

Our clean out door

Not worth your money
This door is great looking and very well made, but I don?t believe that it?s worth the price I paid for it. The fiberglass gasket wasn?t installed well, and it made the door very hard to get closed. I had to remove it and use another.
