Stovetop steamers are an attractive and practical way to replace humidity in the dry winter air. Typically, only those with classic woodstoves and a large flat stovetop have been able to enjoy these items. Now, the Moiety insert steamer allows even those with wood stove inserts to enjoy using these useful products. This cast iron steamer is carefully designed to fit the narrow mantels or ledges found on wood stove inserts. Yet, despite its ability to fit in a small area, it still holds 2 quarts of water for long lasting humidification. The steamer's top is removable to permit easy filling.

Slightly Glossy
This item seems to be good quality. I did not expect it to be glossy so it is a little different from the matte finish of my stove. The difference is not highly noticeable.
