This RS Adaptor allows you to connect a 10 inch round flue tile to a 13 in. x 13 in. Lock Top Damper. This adaptor gives a homeowner an ideal way to inexpensively and securely attach the damper. A manufacture's lifetime warranty is included for all fuels. It is important to note that this adaptor is not intended for use with air-insulated factory built chimneys. Next time you need to attach a Lock-Top on a round flue, this adaptor will make the job a breeze.

Per the manufacturer, the adapter does indeed act as a sweeps ring, as it can be easily pulled from the prefab stack for service of the chimney system.

Per the manufacturer, the adapter will extend just short of 5 inches into the flue.
