These chimney caps are made of 100 percent 304 stainless steel construction and a 3/4 in. mesh to keep out small pests and leaves and twigs. The base is made of 18 gauge steel and the lid is made of 24 gauge steel. These single flue chimney caps are finished with a rolled edge on the top and the bases are made of a one-piece sturdy design with screens that are 8 in. high.
