I paid to save money. I ,bought this to clean my own chimney yearly, ended up helping out relatives and cleaning their chimneys also. worked great, strong, sturdy. looks like it will last for years.

Can I use this for cleaning the chimney from the bottom up? The bottom is a T adapter and only about 9" high from the ground. Is this flexible enough to put it into my chimney?

Answer:

Getting into that tee is going to be problematic for these rods. The light-duty rods are actually a better option for what you are asking, as they will bend at about a 30-degree angle. Please see those rods here:

Overall, it would be better if you could clean your chimney from the top down.
