Nice Product

The CrownSeal Premixed Flexible Waterproof Coating was easy to apply with a trowel and then smooth with a paint brush as the instructions stated. It is important to have the right weather conditions - both temperature and no rain in the immediate forecast. Inclement weather was in our forecast and got to Chicago before the product set up and cured. As a result I'll have to reapply in the Spring.

Came quick

Ordered on a Saturday and it came by Tuesday before the cold weather. Went on as described. So far no leaks and no moisture.

Cons

It didn't smooth out as well as I hoped. It took longer then 24 hours to cure. It needed more time but could be from the cold weather that moved in.

Easy to use, Great product

The material goes on smoothly. It was my first time using it. Using a stiff paint (or masonry) brush with water does wonders to give you a nice smooth surface removing any trowel marks.

Pros

Easy to use.

Cons

Takes 3 days to dry/cure. Make sure you have several days of sunny cool weather.
