When you are installing a vent for a a pellet burning stove you may need to use this item. The pipe has a black outer wall. It is a three inch diameter. The vent is designed especially to be used with wood pellet burning stoves and corn burning stoves. The outer wall in made out of .018 inch galvalume. The inner wall is made out of .012 inch stainless steel. The double wall construction is air insulated.
