I purchased a fireplace tool set about a year ago. The broom bristles have completely fallen out. I don't want to replace the set, as it's a really nice set and in great shape. Is there any way to get a replacement brush or a just purchase a new broom?
By Brennan W. on December 21, 2016
Answer:Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not offer the tools for separate purchase.

I have been told that the base of this stand is 10"x10". My hearth is 8", and I was wondering if the stand would fit on my hearth? With the legs of the stand pointing out in different directions, I thought maybe if angled it then it would fit on my 8" hearth? Do you think it would?

Answer:When turned 45 degrees, the legs measure 7 1/4 inches across. As such, this set should indeed fit on your hearth.

I purchased this fireplace tool set a year ago. The broom bristles began falling out and a small piece of plastic from inside the handle fell out along with a metal screw-in piece.
Is there some way to purchase this replacement piece? The handle itself is still in great shape. If not, is it possible to just purchase a new broom tool?
By Collin C. - NFI Master Hearth Professional on August 20, 2012
Answer:The manufacturer has advised that they will send the broom free of charge.
