Triple-wall chimney pipe for wood, oil, coal, and gas appliances
What is the difference between this DuraPlus 9219 and the DuraPlus 9217. They both appear to be triple wall, galvanized sections. I need to extend my existing chimney, will the 9219 mate up with my existing 9217?

Answer:
9219 represents Simpson DuraVent's 9" length of their 8" diameter triple wall DuraPlus pipe. The 9217 is simply the 36" length of this same pipe. The 9219 will absolutely work for you.
