I have a 10" pipe in a chimney enclosure with a flat top. It says I need a ventilated flashing. Do you sell this item?

We do offer a flat roof flashing, however we do not carry the flashing needed for a false chimney enclosure. This is commonly referred to as a "chase top flashing" and must often be procured from a local fabrication shop. The shop can make the flashing to the size of your enclosure and make the opening slightly oversize to allow for ventilation. A storm collar can then be purchased to seal the flashing.
