This is a smaller sized fireplace insert. The Slope Glaze Flair Burner has variable flame height adjustment and will produce up to 25,000 BTU. It comes with a ceramic banded brick liner, ceramic fiber logs, and a built-in automatic blower for effective heat circulation. The front of the insert has a heat-resistant ceramic glass viewing window as well as black louvers. It also has a convenient slide-on vent plate. This model has a 3-year limited warranty. The minimum fireplace opening requirements are height 18-3/8", front width 27-1/2", rear width 17-1/4" and depth 12-3/4".

What is the approximate installation cost for the Innsbruck small direct vent propane insert (into an existing manufactured wood burning fireplace), and what additional materials (and their cost) are required (i.e. surround and vent to go up through existing chimney?
