Are the dimensions given for framing measurements or the actual product?
By Tyler M. - Fireplace Specialist on January 24, 2012
Answer:
The approximate dimensions listed in the "Features" section are indeed for the unit itself. The framing dimensions for this unit, as specified in the manual, are 34 3/8" W, 35 3/4" H, and 16 3/8" D.
Please see page 14 of the owner's manual that can be downloaded on this item page.
The actual dimensions of the unit can be found on page 8 of the owner's manual. By Chris Koehn from Canon City, CO 81212 on October 26, 2011
Hello!
I am unfamiliar with the Empire Tahoe brand of fireplace. Do you have any information on their products beyond the description on the website?
I also need a copy of the specifications for installation to see if we are able to use this fireplace in the space confines we have.

Answer:
Please follow these two links. The first is the manufacturer's brochure. It tells a bit more about this line's features and benefits. The second is this model's installation guide.
