Hi I bought this fireplace and have it hooked up but I cannot get any action out of it. I have line voltage to my outlet box. The gas in on. I cannot get the pilot to light. I cannot get the remote to activate. It seems like there is no power going to the unit. Iknow i have line voltage there. Any suggestions?

Answer:
Typically, this issue occurs when the unit is not properly grounded. First, verify that the outlet the unit is plugged into is grounded properly.
If you have a good ground at the outlet, there may be an issue with the ground to the chassis of the fireplace from the main control module. Verify that all grounding wires in the schematic are attached properly. Please advise if the unit continues to be inoperable.
