Venting your new direct vent appliance doesn't have to be a hassle and a half, and Empire has bundled everything you need in one convenient fireplace venting kit. The DVVK-4F kit includes just what you need to horizontally vent your new Tahoe Deluxe, Boulevard, Loft, or other Empire fireplaces. This direct vent kit includes flexible four-foot lengths of inner and outer pipework and even comes with a heat deflector to protect your home's vinyl siding.

The clearances for the exhaust terminal will be based on the appliance to which it is attached. It varies based on btu, testing, etc. You can typically find this list of clearances in the manual for your chosen fireplace.

What vinyl siding stand-off kit is used with this venting kit?
Per the manufacturer, no additional vinyl siding shield is necessary as the deflector on top of the cap will suffice to protect the surrounding siding.

Can I get the vent pipe longer than 4 feet?
No, this kit is only available with the 4-foot liner. There is an option to extend the liner, but the shortest such option is this 10-foot extension.
