I am searching online for reviews of different natural gas, vented gas fireplace inserts. I can't find a list! I met with an installer and he raved about Heat and Glo fireplaces, but i see you don't sell this brand.

If I did buy something on your website, do I then find an installer that would install it? The gentleman I spoke with said their company doesn't install anything that someone buys separately because there are often more costs involved and many times the fireplace does not fit! Why don't you sell Heat N Glo?

While Heat N Glo makes a very good product, they will not allow their products to be sold online and restrict their sales to local dealers only.

It is true that many installers will only install what they sell. It will be necessary to locate a local contractor that can work with you through the installation process. There are many contractors that are getting into this type of business, as more and more local dealers have been closing due to the poor economic climate.

I will be happy to suggest a few models of fireplace that can work well in your application. I will need to know the square footage of the room and whether you are looking to install a vent free unit or a vented model.
