Customer Q&A with Product Specialists

David from Vermilion, OH asked:
I have these logs and love them but the flame is yellow. Is that okay?
I have these logs and love them but the flame is yellow. Is that okay?
Your flame seems perfectly fine looking at the image you've provided. So long as there is no black tipping of the flame, the base of the flame should be blue and the body of the flame should be yellow/orange.
