    Customer Questions & Answers
By David Rappaport from Rogers, AR on December 10, 2016
Why does say it is for eye level installation? Is there a glass front? What is the type of interior without the porcelain panels? Matte Black? Can I install the panels later if I decide to do so, or do they have to be installed at the beginning? Is there a blower option? Is the remote standard?

    Answer:
Because linear fireplaces have a short and wide viewing area, they appear oddly short when placed at a low level on the wall, hence the recommendation for building them higher off of the floor. This unit uses a sort of glass fender that spans the length of the unit, with a small amount of space above and below the fender.

The interior is indeed matte black if no interior panels are selected. The panels can be added later if you wish. An on/off remote is standard, but the unit does not have a blower option at this time.
