No, we do not offer any extensions for this or other similar key/plate kits.

This ball valve uses a steel control ball, encompassed within a nylon seat.

How many turns does it take to turn the gas on and off? Does it work like an outside faucet that requires a few turns?
A ball style gas valve, such as this product, only requires a 1/4 turn between the off and on positions. Globe valves, which are better for metering gas flow, require approximately 5 turns.
