You would need to purchase both as they are not sold separate.

This type of remote will sync directly with the control module included with the larger GV60 spark ignition control system manufactured by Mertik-Maxitrol. This ignition system (the valve, module and remote) is commonly included with several gas hearth systems we offer from various manufacturers, but we do not offer this remote by itself.
