- For use with 5" x 8" Napoleon direct vent systems
- *Not suitable for use with Napoleon Madison Direct Vent Gas Fireplaces and LHD50 Linear Series Gas Fireplaces
A fireplace vent termination includes parts that protect your home from the vent products as well as from the weather. If you have a direct vent fireplace, the termination of your horizontal vent needs this wall terminal/vinyl siding shield to protect the exterior of your home from the heat that will exit the vent during fireplace operation. The terminal will fit the Napoleon 5" x 8" direct vent pipe. This terminal/siding shield is not appropriate for use with the Napoleon Madison direct vent gas fireplaces and the LHD50 Linear Series gas fireplaces.

Per Empire, the warranty would not be affected if you hire a local HVAC installer.

The outside of the cap measures 16 3/8" H x 15 3/8" W. Please note that this is only compatible with Napoleon direct vent appliances that use 5" inner x 8" outer diameter venting.
