Are there pictures of this item as it is delivered and not with the finished install? It's really hard to see exactly what you're getting and how the chimney is finished.
By eFireplaceStore on June 4, 2014
Answer:Unfortunately, I do not have any readily available photos of this unit before installation. However the product manual on the item page, listed as "Download Product Manual" and listed below the features, has several diagrams of just the unit. This gives in depth figures for overall size of the chassis and proper installation of the unit.

Are the brick insert panels included or are they extra accessories? Also, what are the visible opening dimensions?

Do you have an outdoor direct-vent gas fireplace (instead of a vent-free outdoor fireplace)? I ask since I am planning a screened porch that will have windows during the Fall and Spring, so the fireplace must be direct-vent, but the room will not be climate controlled all year long so it will need to be corrosion resistant.
By eFireplaceStore on August 19, 2014
Answer:While I can certainly understand your need for such an item, I unfortunately do not have this type of unit to offer. Manufacturers tend to only offer natural vented outdoor fireplaces, in addition to the vent free category. The direct vent models that we have would not fair well with exposure to the outdoor air over time.

I am struggling to understand based on the photograph what is included. I assume that you have to build the hearth separate. In the specs pdf it says that top part is 21 inches, in this picture it looks as large as the main fireplace. Can you give me true height based on this picture?

Answer:The advertised product is the wood burning fireplace with the stainless steel front in the photo. It is shown built into a decorative outdoor enclosure, but this is primarily to give you an idea of a finished installation. The fireplace itself measures 46 5/8 inches wide, 35 3/4 inches in height, and 21 1/8 inches in depth.

Will this Napoleon fireplace take a fan or blower to blow out heat from inside to out?
By eFireplaceStore on April 4, 2016
Answer:Because this is an outdoor unit, it cannot use a blower. This is fairly common for outdoor models, as the fan would do very little in the way of air movement for an outdoor application.
