What are the BTUs for the OCB-24 Series? My plumber wanted to know for the sizing of the pipe for the gas line.

I've had my fire pit for one season and have had problems with the valve, which I can't get to open to even manually light the burner ring. The remote never worked, but now I can no longer get the burner to light. What can I do?

It seems as if the gas valve itself may have an internal fault that is causing this issue, especially when considering that the remote servo was never able to open the valve by itself. I will be happy to file a warranty claim for a replacement gas valve.
