What size of chimney brush do I need for a 11 inch x 7 inch chimney?
    By Brennan W. on April 24, 2015

    Answer:
You will want to size up slightly when purchasing a brush, so I would suggest the Rutland Chimney Sweep Rectangular Wire Chimney Cleaning Brush - 12 Inch x 8 Inch.

I'm very satisfied with the quality of this product and how well it works. I would recommend buying the suggested rods to go along with this item.

I'd rate this as a medium grade brush. I'm very satisfied with the quality. A couple of the bristles broke the first time I used it but that didn't concern me. I don't know how long it will last, but it was definitely worth the price compared with hiring someone else to do the job.

    A Bit Small

I would recommend this item to a friend.
The quality of this brush was satisfactory, but I would recommend finding an alternative to the flexible rods that accompany it. I used an extension rod which worked well. The brush didn't quite fit my masonry chimney, but it still did the job.
