    Customer Questions & Answers
By Mark from ME on April 6, 2016
Will this ProKleen creosote remover work efficiently with an offset in my chimney? From the clean out door going up approximately 8 feet, I have approximately a 45 degree offset then another 22 feet to the top of the chimney.
By eFireplaceStore on April 7, 2016

    Answer:
This product works well if the offset is a direct switchback, meaning the 45 degree tilt is met with another 45 degree tile immediately. If there is any length between the offsets, you will find it difficult to maneuver the tool through the bend. In that case, you would need to clean the chimney from either side of the offset.
