Flashing is a necessary component for any chimney vent. As long as your vent reaches the outside, flashing is necessary to create a weather resistant seal. Our flashing is available in two options: ventilated and non-ventilated. If your chimney passes through a non-ventilated space, ventilated flashing becomes necessary. Vice versa for ventilated spaces. The options for flashing, as it pertains to roof pitch, range from 0/12 to 12/12 pitch.
