Great stove for the size and price
I installed this stove about 12 years ago in an 1800 sf home. The stove is located in the far corner of a 500 sf living room with a high cathedral ceiling. The rest of the house is two levels with a stair well.
I live in Alaska where we burn spruce and birch wood in the stove and don't fire up the wood stove until temperatures are falling to about 20 degrees; otherwise it cooks me right out of the house. This stove adequately heats my house when -30 F outside.
ProsGreat price point. I bought the additional baffles allowing me to place the stove tightly into a corner. Stove came with both legs, and a stand. (nice to have the choice) The stove generates heat well. Plumbing the external air intake from outside is a must. Anyone looking use a stove for serious heating purposes, needs to ensure the stove has this option. Other than occasionally needing to oil the door hinges and knock the hinge pins back down, I have put about 5 cords of wood a year for 12 years through this stove with no maintenance needs. I am finding myself on this site to order a part for the first time, and that is the fiber board baffle that was broken due to kids cramming chunks of wood into it.
ConsI purchases the optional fan that mounts to the back. We found the fan was highly effective, but too loud. We place one of those thermal coupling fans on the top of the stove and that along with the ceiling fan work fine. I don't recommend the accessory fan if you are placing the stove a room where you intend to visit or watch TV. While the door does allow for 18 in pieces of firewood, the box is a bit small to allow you to really load the fireplace up for the night. The stove works well, if not dampered as low as it can go. This stove will not burn through the night. I find it will burn when fully stoked about 6 hours.

    Absolutely beautiful
It's a beautiful stove I can't wait to fire it up I'm so happy that we found them online and we're able to order it
ProsThe size the blower the looks
ConsThe only thing I didn't like is when they put the seal on the door the little black sticky stuff they used to seal it with was everywhere I didn't appreciate that but other than that everything was beautiful

    Love this stove
Bought this stove 4 yrs ago. Use it to heat 900 sqft walk out basement and has worked perfectly for nights down to zero degrees. I did hook up the external combustion air option. Uses 3 in stovepipe or car exhaust pipe and really improved heat output. Have triple wall 6" flue and stove burns so efficiently that annual cleaning is adequate. I can actually see the flue gases re-ignite and burn at the secondary combustion air inlet pipes in the top of the firebox. Large ceramic glass window stays clean for a long time and is easily cleaned with a single edge razor blade when needed. the On cold nights I usually have to get up once and add a log or two, but considering the small size of the stove I think this is reasonable. This stove is my only heat source and I burn about 3 cord seasoned oak a year. I have owned and built many wood stoves and this one is the best.
Pros1. High heat output for a relatively small stove. 2. Designed for use with outside combustion air. 3. Damper control adjusts flow of incoming combustion air (as opposed to controlling flue gas) 4. Well designed to function very efficiently. 5. Secondary combustion system actually produces secondary combustion of flue gases. 6. Good stove for a good price.
Cons1. Ash drawer is pretty small. I just shovel the ashes out through the door into a bucket. 2. Trim piece fell off. Doesn't bother me but might you. 3. air circulation fan died young. I use a small table fan to blow hot air around.
