What are the dimensions of this grill please?

The only dimensions listed by the manufacturer are 27 1/8" W (left to right) x 18" D (front to back). If you plan on using any Broilmaster grill head in a built-in application, we always recommend having the grill head on-site before building a place for it to nest.

Is this totally made out of stainless steel and aluminum? Secondly, do you have suggestions on how to install it in the sand?

Correct, this grill is constructed of stainless steel and cast aluminum. You would need to install a concrete base to attach the base to in the sand.

Ash pan base
If you buy this grill, it can be difficult to clean underneath the ash base when it is on. You can't beat the grill grates and the different levels you can adjust them too! This grill cooks very well and holds consistent temps using lump and regular charcoal.
