Hi Valerie, While we don't have a product explicitly named 'HP14db' in our catalog, we do carry several OxBox 14 SEER Heat Pumps and other units with a 14 SEER rating that provide both cooling and heating. SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) is a measure of cooling efficiency, where a higher number indicates greater efficiency. A 14 SEER rating is considered a good standard for energy efficiency.
