1. How to Enter (2 Options)

a. Submit a rating or review of a recently purchased eCanopy.com, eFireplaceStore.com, or EliteDeals.com product

During the sweepstakes promotion period, go to one of our online stores, choose the product, and add your rating or review. Select the product that you have recently purchased that you wish to “rate and review” and click on “Write a Customer Review.” Then, follow the instructions to rate the selected product, write your review (“Review”). Your review must be in English, intelligible and consist of a minimum of 50 characters. Enter all required fields, including your screen name and valid email address. After you have previewed your review, by submitting review, you agree to our Terms and Conditions, available on each review page. By submitting your review, you have read and agree to be bound by the Ratings/Review Terms & Conditions (Rule 9) and whether you wish to enter the Sweepstakes Promotion. In order for you to receive an entry into the Sweepstakes Promotion, both you and your entry must be in compliance with the Official Rules. Online Product Review Entries: Limit - Each completed, approved review will earn a Sweepstakes Promotion Entry, per Periodic Sweepstakes period. If you submit a picture of your product with your review, you get double entries for that review!

b. Mail-In Entry

To enter the sweepstakes without submitting an online review, submit an entry on a 3" x 5" piece of paper, in hand-written ink (must be legible), your full name, complete address and zip code, phone number including area code, date of birth, and a valid e-mail address. Mail your entry to: eCanopy Store Ratings/Review Sweepstakes 2020, 5680 E Shelby Drive, Memphis, TN 38141. Mail–in entries not containing all of the information requested above will be disqualified. The receipt date of the mail–in entry will determine the Periodic Sweepstakes in which it will be entered. A mail–in entry must be received by the date indicated in the table in Rule 5 below, in order to be eligible for the respective Periodic Sweepstakes. Lost, severely damaged or unintelligible entries will be disqualified. For Mail-in Entries: Limit one (1) entry per Periodic Sweepstakes period, per person.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States, and residing within the fifty (50) United States, who are 18 years or older at the time of entry, and is void where prohibited by law. The EliteDeals, eFireplaceStore, & eCanopy Product “Ratings/Review Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes Promotion”) is offered and open to those who are 18 as of the date of entry. The Sweepstakes Promotion is only open to legal residents of United States, and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of EliteDeals, eFireplaceStore, & eCanopy, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes Promotion. The Sweepstakes Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes Promotion consists of six (6) separate Periodic sweepstakes (“Periodic Sweepstakes”). The Sweepstakes Promotion starts 1/1/24 at 12:00 A.M., Central Time (“CT”) and ends 6/30/24 at 11:59:59 P.M., CT (“Periodic Sweepstakes Promotion Table”). The important dates for each Periodic Sweepstakes are listed in "Periodic Sweepstakes Promotion Table", below. Non-winning entries in any of the Sweepstakes entry periods will not rollover into any subsequent drawings in the following month(s). Mail-in entries will be entered into the periodic Sweepstakes according to the “postmarked by” date indicated on the outer stamped mailing envelope of the submission and the “received by” date. In the event the entry is not “postmarked by” and/or “received by” the mail-in entry deadlines for the final Sweepstakes entry period as noted above, the entry will not be accepted and will be considered void. Entrants can earn an entry into a Periodic Sweepstakes by following the directions in Rule 3: By either “rating and reviewing” a recent EliteDeals, eFireplaceStore, or eCanopy purchase, or by submitting a mail-in entry.

4. Odds of Winning

As stated above, the Sweepstakes Promotion consists of six (6) separate Periodic Sweepstakes, each starting and ending on the dates and times described in the table (PERIODIC SWEEPSTAKES PROMOTION TABLE) below. Other important dates are also listed. Non–winning entries from one Periodic Sweepstakes will not be carried forward, nor will they be included in subsequent Periodic Sweepstakes. On or about the dates listed below, EliteDeals will conduct a random drawing to randomly select the one (1) potential Periodic Sweepstakes winner (“Periodic Winner”) of the then current Periodic Sweepstakes Promotion from among all of the eligible entries received during that respective Periodic Sweepstakes Period.

5. Agreement to Rules

By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules (and the Online "Terms & Conditions" for Product Review Entries, accessible on the respective Product Review Site Pages), and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of EliteDeals®, eFireplaceStore, & eCanopy as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Sweepstakes Promotion.

6. Prizes

The Winner(s) of the Sweepstakes Promotion (the “Winner”) will receive a $100 Gift Card. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by EliteDeals, eFireplaceStore, & eCanopy. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at EliteDeals, eFireplaceStore, & eCanopy discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for EliteDeals, eFireplaceStore, & eCanopy to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

Winner will be selected in a Random Drawing under the supervision of EliteDeals, eFireplaceStore, & eCanopy. Winner will be notified by Email within ten (10) days following selection of Winner. EliteDeals, eFireplaceStore, & eCanopy shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to Spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 180 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes Promotion is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AT ELITEDEALS, eFIREPLACESTORE, & ECANOPY‘S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES PROMOTION, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED. 8. Rights Granted by You

By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that EliteDeals, eFireplaceStore, & eCanopy, anyone acting on behalf of EliteDeals, eFireplaceStore, & eCanopy, and EliteDeals, eFireplaceStore, & eCanopy’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Sweepstakes Promotion, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

9. Terms & Conditions

EliteDeals, eFireplaceStore, & eCanopy reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes Promotion should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond EliteDeals, eFireplaceStore, & eCanopy’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes Promotion. In such case, EliteDeals, eFireplaceStore, & eCanopy may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by EliteDeals, eFireplaceStore, & eCanopy. EliteDeals, eFireplaceStore, & eCanopy reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes Promotion or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. EliteDeals, eFireplaceStore, & eCanopy has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes Promotion, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Sweepstakes Promotion rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. 10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless EliteDeals, eFireplaceStore, & eCanopy and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes Promotion and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes Promotion or the processing of entries.

11. Disputes

This sweepstakes promotion is governed by the laws of United States and Tennessee, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes Promotion, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Tennessee having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes Promotion). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the EliteDeals, eFireplaceStore, & eCanopy websites.
