I have a ZVFB3633MVN insert that needs to be converted to propane. Is there a conversion kit available? Also, my new house plans include a vented gas insert; will this model work?

Unfortunately, there is no conversion kit available for your ZVFB3633MVN insert, as it is a vent-free unit. The only option to use propane would be to replace the entire insert with a propane-compatible model.

The model number will be located on a data plate affixed to the fireplace. Please review this article on locating the data plate for your fireplace.

Can I install a 5/8 drywall on the front of a ZCVRB47 linear fireplace?

You must use a non-combustible over the face of the unit per the manufacturer. You can use concrete/micore board and they drywall over this. Please refer to your installation manual for thickness required.
