This Buck Stove Model 91 Catalytic Extra Large Wood Stove is made in a huge 300,000 square foot facility in North Carolina. Venting Requirements: This item requires a chimney with 8" inner diameter.

When ordering a model 91 to install in a masonry fireplace w/ standard size trim, is it necessary to order anything other than the unit itself, as you wont be requiring legs or the oversized trim?
You would just need to click the black door option and standard trim next to the unit's photo. The price on the site reflects this model with those options included. Differences in color and trim size would change the price. Keep in mind the wood burning inserts do require the chimney to be relined with a stainless steel liner kit. The model 91 requires an 8" diameter liner.

Per the manufacturer, any seasoned hardwoods are acceptable to burn in Buck 91.
