Forget the competitors!
I got my Blaze smoker grill after friends raved about their Eggs, only to later complain about cracks in the ceramic and replacing gaskets. The Blaze cast aluminum Kamado will never have these problems due to its design and construction. And as for the results, every thing I've cooked on my Blaze has been done to perfection and highly praised by everyone enjoying these smoked feasts! Brisket, bacon, turkey legs, chicken wings, tomahawk steaks, pork roasts, salmon, even octopus has turned out great! Add to that 'baked' items like cornbread, sourdough bread, pizza, even potatoes au gratin - you name it! Temperature regulation seems to be very easy with the Blaze for grilling, smoking, even baking. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase!
