    Nice Product
The CrownSeal Premixed Flexible Waterproof Coating was easy to apply with a trowel and then smooth with a paint brush as the instructions stated. It is important to have the right weather conditions - both temperature and no rain in the immediate forecast. Inclement weather was in our forecast and got to Chicago before the product set up and cured. As a result I'll have to reapply in the Spring.

    Came quick
Went on as described. So far no leaks and no moisture.
It didn't smooth out as well as I hoped. It took longer then 24 hours to cure. It needed more time but could be from the cold weather that moved in.

    Easy to use, Great product
The material goes on smoothly. It was my first time using it. Using a stiff paint (or masonry) brush with water does wonders to give you a nice smooth surface removing any trowel marks.
Easy to use. Takes 3 days to dry/cure. Make sure you have several days of sunny cool weather.

    Professional Grade
This is the same product the chimney company used next door. Good stuff. Work fast or set a shade over it if sunny. Gets harder to work with once a film starts to develop.
Good quality. Premixed saves a lot of hassle and guesswork.
