Can you send application instructions? My crown is structurally sound but has 1/8" cracks. The edges of the crown are in tact. Do I need a form around the edge or just taper to the edge? Thanks

You can download the PDF version of these instructions on this item page under product manual.. However, application is a breeze. A form is not required. You'll simply apply the CrownSeal with a trowel or putty knife, then scrape off the excess with a 1/4" notched trowel, and finally you smooth it all out with a nylon paintbrush.

    Easy to use, Great product
The material goes on smoothly. It was my first time using it. Using a stiff paint (or masonry) brush with water does wonders to give you a nice smooth surface removing any trowel marks.
    ProsEasy to use.
ConsTakes 3 days to dry/cure. Make sure you have several days of sunny cool weather.

    Professional Grade
This is the same product the chimney company used next door. Good stuff. Work fast or set a shade over it if sunny. Gets harder to work with once a film starts to develop.
ProsGood quality. Premixed saves a lot of hassle and guesswork.
