How do you match light this unit?
I do not see a control valve of any kind to monitor the flame - is the main gas valve what is to be used to control the flame ?

You would need a separately-acquired gas shut off valve connected in-line with the gas supply with this burner pan. You would then use a key to open and close the valve, and, when open of course, use a match or lighter to ignite the burner.
