Customer Q&A with Product Specialists

John C. from Sacramento, CA asked:
I have a Montigo M36CST, two-sided gas-burning fireplace. The main burner has developed a huge hole. If I can't find a replacement for the burner, I may have to consider an insert. I was told by a local fireplace technician that there are no replacement parts available and that an insert would not work. I would like another opinion.

We are not a Montigo dealer and cannot provide parts or advise on options for your specific unit. We recommend contacting the manufacturer (www.montigo.com) or calling a local dealer for more information. We apologize for the inconvenience.
