Featuring a 48" by 10" hub-raised, recessed burner nestled into a 2.5" deep pan with a 1.3" pan lip surround to secure the unit into position with minimal slippage. Its blowout box has sturdy sidewalls to stabilize the media retention with three weep drainage holes to prevent water poolage and corrosive damage to the unit. Vinyl covers, sold separately, also offer additional protection from rain and snow. Emitting up to 200k BTUs of heat, most customers find this model perfect for cool wintry nights, providing a cozy atmosphere of cheer and warmth with the flick of a simple on/off switch. The look of the fire pit is often incomplete, however, without the wonderful additions of lava rocks or glass shavings to add to the glimmery flicker of the flame, also sold separately. For this model, customers are required to purchase an HPC/SEBCO 24vac, 100W power supply to sustain compatibility with other safety accessories like electronic timers and emergency stop transmitters, which may be purchased separated as well. |
