I have a Prism Embarcadero 60 Fire Pit, and it doesn't produce much heat. Can the burner be upgraded for increased heat output?

While there isn't a specific upgrade path mentioned for increasing the heat output of the existing burner, please check for potential issues that could be affecting its performance.
