Can the Brush-on paint be applied with a small foam paint roller?
You can use a roller, but it will absorb some of the paint where the brush would absorb less.

Yes, you can use that on the interior. You will want to have good ventilation while applying the paint. There will be no toxic fumes once dried.

It is not recommended to paint over brick and mortar, as the high temperatures often cause the paint to discolor and separate quickly.

No, neither this product nor any of our other high temperature paints are designed to be used in an oven or stove on which or in whch food will be prepared.
