The Minuteman 4-Piece Fireplace Tool Set is designed and constructed for reliable use and durability. The rod of each tool is built from solid steel or brass, and each one is carefully balanced for proper use. The comfortable handles are permanently attached to the rods so there is no danger of the tool coming apart during use. Each tool rack is hand filed to ensure that tools will fit securely in their holders. Even the tongs have been specifically designed for moving wood without becoming loose or rattling. The tools have a mainly black finish but the handles are brass-plated.
