This sturdy American Panel 36 x 36 Colonial Edge Type 2 Hearth Board provides a reliable base for your stove. It's built with extruded, tubed aluminum for excellent strength, and features corner plugs that help ensure your hearth pad is perfectly square every time. This hearth board uses two substrates that create a strong structure, so it doesn't need air pockets for its thermal value. The powder-coated frame offers a nice finish and makes cleanup simple, as grout and thinset wipe away easily. This hearth board is designed to give you solid protection for your home.

Also Note: Item provides both thermal and ember protection as a Type 2 stove board.
