- Arrives pre-assembled with a 4-5/8" high base
- Attaches to both chimney liners and solid-pack factory-built chimneys by sliding inside with a tight friction fit
- Replacement cap for solid-pack factory-built chimneys
- UL Listed for use with all HomeSaver Flex relining pipe
- Manufacturers lifetime warranty for all fuels
- Size: 8" Dia.
- Screen: 5" H
- Lid: 13" Dia.
If you have round or relined flues in your home, this chimney cap can create a guard around the opening of your flue and create an easy to install replacement for the existing cap. The cap comes in an 8 inch diameter with a 5 inch tall screen, and it can be used with any factory built chimney to create a protective barrier. With this cap in place, you can get the air flow that you need, while preventing damage from debris.

Do you sell the outside chimney pipe for this cap?
This is a semi-universal cap and attaches by friction fit to multiple types of chimney pipe and liners. It does not have a specific type of corresponding pipe.

Is the 8" dimension the diameter of the bottom part that attaches to the existing flue pipe?
That is precisely correct. The 8 inch leg can compress slightly to allow you to push it into the vent pipe. It will then spring back open for a tight fit when installed.
