Product Details
The HomeSaver Pro 12 in. x 12 in. Base Single-Flue Stainless Steel Chimney Cap is made of 100% 304 stainless steel, right down to its pointed, slotted, hex-head set screws. The one piece, 8 in. high screen is heavy, 18 ga., 3/4 in. mesh, and the top is hand-finished with a rolled edge. The sturdy base also features a one-piece design and includes weld nut technology to prevent stripped threads.
The stainless HomeSaver Pro is available in seven flue tile sizes and has a clean, stylish design that shouts 'Pro' from top to bottom.

Are the internal dimensions 12x12?
The manufacturer does not provide us with internal dimensions but it is meant to fit an outside flue from 10 1/2" x 10 1/2" up to 12 3/4" x 13".

Will this cap sit tightly so it will not blow off when we have a wind storm?
Yes, just make sure that the tension screws are tightened down completely.
