- Use on coal, gas, and oil flues
- 3/4" stiff black polypropylene bristtles
Chimney cleaning is an important safety task that should be carried out regularly on vents for all heating appliances. This brush has acid-resistant polypropylene bristles that can be used to clean coal, gas, and oil flues without deteriorating because of any acids present. The thread-and-spindle design makes the brush pattern efficient and effective. The brush has a 3/4" loop on one end and a 3/8" pipe thread on the other so that it will connect to chimney rods and pulls. Quick connects can also be used. Nine brush sizes are available.
Please Note: Schaefer manufactures the brushes distributed by Rutland. Depending on available inventory, your brush order may arrive in a Rutland or Schaefer package. Regardless of the name on the package the brush is the same.
