18 inch grate
In the past I bought the whole fireplace insert from this company. Was so pleased with their service, low prices and high quality I decided to buy the 18 inch fireplace grates. They are much more sturdy than anything I can find In my area. Would recommend this company to everyone

Welded steel, not cast iron
Got tired of the cast iron grates, so I got this one. It sets a little higher and seems quite sturdy.
