Customer Q&A with Product Specialists

Norm from Cameron Park, California asked:
I have a pellet stove insert. Is the pipe flexible to allow for the bend at the damper of the chimney? If not, is there an adapter of sort to work around? I have corrugated piping now, which I want to eliminate. The ridges seem to restrict the exhaust

Unfortunately, this is not flexible, and the only flexible liner we have for pellet inserts is going to be corrugated.
