I have a wood burning insert. It is an older Glacier Bay model with an 8 inch opening on the top. My chimney is just over 11 feet high from the top of the insert to the top of the chimney on the roof. What are the parts that I would need to install a liner?

For your application, the DuraFlex SS Stainless Steel Chimney Liner - 8 inch x 15-ft. and the DuraFlex SS Insert Kit for 8 inch Chimney Liner would be needed. The liner could be cut to the proper height. You would not need insulation, as your chimney is fairly short.
