The DuraPlus support box is only approved to be used with the DuraPlus chimney pipe.

No, when using DuraTech pipe, you would need a DuraTech ceiling box as well.

Does the stove pipe pass through this DuraPlus All-Fuel square cathedral ceiling support box or attach to it?

When installing either single or double wall stove pipe to the Duraplus support box, the stove pipe will attach to the underside of the support box. From the interior of the support box is where the connection/adaption is made to the Duraplus chimney system.
