I would recommend this item to a friend.
Item better than expected (except for shipping damage)
The item itself would work perfect for our application. The item description left out an important feature - it also swivels!!! I am still wondering why the piece costs so much...even on sale. We had more money wrapped up in this piece than the majority of the remaining pipe combined. Our only problem was shipping. When the item came the box was damaged. Upon opening - we were very upset that both end rims were severely bent and one of the sides was also bent so that the piece was no longer round. There was no protection in the box at all. Just the pipe. eFireplaceStore customer service was quick to respond and is working on processing a refund. Didn't have time to reorder the part from them as our chimney piping was being installed the day after the pipe arrived. No problems with eFireplaceStore - just the packaging and shipping company. Hoping this gets resolved quickly.

No packaging in shipping box to protect the pipe. COST!!!!
