Does this include all 3 pieces as shown in the picture?

The photo shown is a stock photo provided by the manufacturer. The part advertised is labeled as "B" in the photo. For a flat ceiling application, this would be the correct transition component to use.

I would recommend this item to a friend.
Great product
This was easy to install and looked great also. I had a square ceiling support giving to me for free but loved the look of this one better.
